Prof. Dr. Shahana Pervin

Prof. Dr. Shahana Pervin is a highly respected gynecologic oncologist in Dhaka, specializing in women’s reproductive health and gynecological cancers. She holds an MBBS, DGO, and FCPS (OBGYN), along with advanced post-fellowship training in gynecologic oncology from India, Singapore, and the USA.

She is currently serving as a Professor of Gynecologic Oncology at the National Institute of Cancer Research & Hospital, where she plays a leading role in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of gynecological cancers. Her areas of expertise include cervical cancer, ovarian cancer, endometrial cancer, uterine fibroids, abnormal bleeding, and precancerous lesions.

Dr. Shahana is widely recognized for her surgical expertise, compassionate care, and commitment to improving women’s cancer treatment in Bangladesh.
