Prof. Dr. Shohael Mahmud Arafat

Prof. Dr. Shohael Mahmud Arafat is an experienced Medicine Specialist in Dhaka, with qualifications in MBBS, FCPS (Medicine), and MRCP (UK). He is currently serving as a Professor of Internal Medicine at Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU) Hospital, where he is engaged in teaching, research, and advanced clinical practice.

In addition to his academic responsibilities, Dr. Arafat consults patients at Ibn Sina Diagnostic Center, Dhanmondi, providing specialized care for a wide range of internal medicine conditions. His chamber hours are 4:30 pm – 9:00 pm on Saturdays, Sundays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
