Prof. Dr. Shirin Akter Begum

Prof. Dr. Shirin Akter Begum is a gynecologist in Dhaka with specialized expertise in gynecological oncology. She holds an MBBS, DGO, MCPS, and MS (OBGYN), reflecting her advanced training in women’s health and cancer care.

She is currently serving as a Professor of Gynecological Oncology at Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU) Hospital, where she is engaged in teaching, research, and the treatment of gynecologic cancers.

Dr. Begum also provides consultations at Green Life Hospital, Dhaka, with visiting hours from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
