Prof. Dr. Faruque Ahmed

Prof. Dr. Faruque Ahmed is a senior Gastroenterologist in Dhaka, with qualifications in MBBS, FCPS (Medicine), and MD (Gastroenterology). He is currently serving as the Professor and Head of the Department of Gastroenterology at the National Gastroliver Institute & Hospital, where he is actively involved in teaching, research, and advanced clinical care.

In addition to his academic responsibilities, Dr. Ahmed provides consultations at Popular Diagnostic Center, Dhanmondi, offering specialized treatment for liver diseases, gastric disorders, ulcers, and other digestive system conditions. His chamber hours are 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm on Saturdays, Mondays, and Wednesdays.
